Julio Jones was worth it.

One 1st rounder. They swapped 1st rounders with the Browns last year - they didn't give up a pick. I agree, though - they set themselves back pretty far when they really should have been investing in their lines. Which was obvious Sunday when they couldn't get 6 inches or pressure Eli. Ray Edwards is awesome!

what does it say about a fan on the outside of the playofffs(carolina) laughing at a team that actially made it. smh

Ummmm it says both teams are in the exact same spot right now. Congrats to the Falcons fans if they're happy making it to the playoffs and getting their doors blown off 2 years in a row. I'd rather have our top 10 pick than be one-and-done in the playoffs.

Saw this on the board

You know, I had a funny feeling you Panther fans were going to be hated for getting Cam if he ended up proving the so call pundants wrong.

Many will never admit it, but it's jealously that is turning a lot of the hate towards Cam and you guys took a chance with him. So just like Auburn, enjoy the hate...lol

So they made the play-offs in their division. Who did they really play better than? Let me see, the team that was 2-14 and the Bucs?

Even the Broncos with their "barely can throw QB" beat a team looked upon as a team with the best defense in the NFL in their first round of the play-offs. I expected the Falcons to beat the Gaints and I'm a Gaints fan. I guess this team wasn't as good as I thought.

Sorry Falcon fans, the Play-offs requires a different mentality. It's not just playing winning like the regular season. It's which team wants it the most that wins.

Now if your G men can beat the Packers and the 9ers can beat the Taints, I will be happy.

I already feel that a team who hasn't been in the play-offs in a while will make it this year, part of me feel it's the Ravens. And I don't see the GB Packers in the play-offs. No matter how well they played during the regular season.

The Play-offs is the different animal, IMO.

They gave up 4 picks, in addition to their original 1st that they would have used anyway had they picked someone at their spot they "gave up" (as in got no player in return for) 2011's 2nd and 4th and 2012's 1st and 4th.
