My favorite corners after Clairborne.

1. Janoris Jenkins

Hard to determine where he will go yet because of Character concerns form his days at FLA. deja vu? Anyway their is plenty of highlight film on him on youtube and his junior year at FLA, he went against A.J Green, Julio Jones, Alshon Jeffery, and every other # 1 receviver they faced. The dude is a beast and has what it takes to be a # 1 corner in the NFL.

2.Chase Minnifield

He appears to have everything you could ask for, aside from the fact that playing at UVA, did not make him go against the same level of talent Jenkins has faced. Either way he was dominant against his competition and a very good ballhawk with the hands to secure the pick. 13 total in his 4 year career. Having a hard time figuring out why many have him rated as a 2nd round pick.

3. Dre Kirkpatrick

I am not 100% sold on. I think hes benenfited from the his supporting cast more-so than Jenkins and Minnifield have. I could be very wrong about him, but Could not find much video on youtube to make a firm decision either way. Granted from his matchup against Alshon I was able to determine I'd rather go with Jeffery.

4.Alfonzo Dennard

Not much to add comment wise just from viewing videos and reading and seeing the dumbass throw a punch in the bowl game this where I rank him.

If by some miracle Claiborne falls to us then we take him. I'm not sold on Kirkpatrick either, I'd like to see us take the best OT available and in the second round address our need at corner whether it be Jenkins or Minnifield. The Combine will turn a lot of mock drafts upside down, stocks will be rising and falling.

Theres no way I see Minnifiled or Jenkins falling to the 2nd

Jenkins' "year-off" hurts him.

disagree.

he's still every bit as talented and he has still proven that he can hang with the best of them.

his stock may be hurt but he's a much better value than any CB and he's certainly not less talented than any other CB in the draft with the exception of claiborne.

a year in the 'minors' didn't all of a sudden make him less talented.

i don't think that is nearly as big of a deal to people as his off field troubles. that has had the biggest impact on his stock and is the only real reason people aren't talking about him being a top 10 pick.
