If I ran the Jags....

The Jags would need a new QB like RG3 or someone....

His offense functions with one integral part: a big arm. I remember watching the Browns offense with Brady Quinn at the helm, and while Chud did enough to keep him stable, it wasn't as good of an offense because he couldn't attack vertically as much as he likes.

Gabbert has a cannon arm, so this doesn't make any sense.

As a Jaguars fan I like where your head is at but Chud isn't the answer. We had Garrard doing well under Mike Shula. Chud did well with Derek Anderson/Brady Quinn in Cleveland, but neither were exceptional on their own. The two together though have proven an awesome tandem. Keep the two of them together. The Jaguars problem isn't coaching alone. Poor drafting, poor coaching, and terrible playcalling have wasted some of the better players they have had.

Panther fans should understand poor playcalling. You wasted years of talen as well doing 3rd and 8+ draw runs.

Gabbert has not shown he can throw it down the field so hiring a HC with expereince in a vertical passing attack makes no sense. Plus he has never been a head coach at any level.

Hiring Jay Gruden makes a lot more sense. It is a better offense for Gabbert like it was for Dalton and Gruden has headcoached in the AFL and UFL. Honestly Chud has no pedigree to suggest he should be a head coach in the NFL.

Plus given Gruden coached the Florida Tuskers, Orlando Predators and was the OC for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he is a much bigger name in Florida compared to Chud.

There's no doubt that either the Vikes, Bills or Jags move to LA. The problem is where do they play? The LA Coliseum seats like 100,000+ and it falling down.

Supposedly the NFL has taken a lease on land near Staples Area and is doing a study on constructing a stadium. (In the disquise of bringing the Pro Bowl there.)

Whatever team moves will get a new stadium as part of the deal. Pretty sweet.

Jaguars will NOT be moving to L.A. We haven't had a blackout in years. "Well they cover a lot of seats at the stadium." Yea, but even with them covered, they still have more seats than a lot of big market teams. Gabbert did improve, albeit slightly, later in the year with his pocket presence. He bagan stepping up and pump faking a lot more, instead of just taking the sack of "trying" to escape. With a full offseason and a new system, he should improve a lot. I'm excited and can't wait for next season. I just hope I get to see some games, as I will be in AZ for Army AIT.
