Q&A with Jerry Richardson

What is it about Armanti that coaches and management alike seems to be so patient with him. The dude can't play, cut him already. If he's sitting behind Seyi Ajirotutu on the roster, he doesn't deserve a roster spot.

LOL, cause you know more than the hundreds of years of combined NFL knowledge and talent evaluation.

Oh yeah, you are just like me, just a guy.

It's one thing to have an opinion, but don't act like you know more than pros.

We can't have five starting receivers. There are guys known as role players, and before you say it.. I know that you should be drafting starters with 2nd rounders! (even though he was a 3rd rounder)

Just cause a guy is not as good as his draft slot does not mean he should be cut. He still has value to this team.

I wonder if Martin will get a look at Corner at all, or if he's gone. That was his position in college.

Didn't he also play safety a good bit in college? I'd like to see him get the chance at corner.

I know Martin's played poorly this year, but it wasn't long ago that he looked like one of our secondary's best, second only to Gamble. The poor defensive line play may have contributed to the secondary being abused, but Gamble had a decent year so you can't blame it all on the line.

How do you figure this one?

I really feel like Hogan will be starting next year, or at least have the opportunity to lose the job should we draft a CB high in the draft.. he has the edge over a rookie and from what little I've seen, it's been solid.. with more experience, I only expect him to improve on that..

Munnerlyn is a decent option at nickle.. Butler too..

I would think they have to try it before they release a decent draft pick... at least the start of TC..
