Knock off Newton jersey

Some people may make fun of people who buy knockoffs, but I make fun of dumbasses who pay hundreds for a jersey and then act like they're better than everyone else because of it.

I don't think I'm better than anybody but I do think if you want a jersey you should buy a real one so the colors look right. If not, go to the game in a t-shirt or hoodie or whatever. I wouldnt look down on anybody who goes to the game in something besides a jersey. But people buying the fake jerseys to me are like people who buy fake Gucci shoes, I think it's silly to try to save a few bucks by getting a rip off that looks like the real thing. And most people can tell.

Keep the blue one. Put it on. Go to her and wrap your arms around her. Kiss her and tell her that it's perfect and that you love it because SHE GAVE IT TO YOU. That's all that matters. If someone rags on you for having a different looking jersey, tell them it was a gift from the love of your life. Then watch them stfu.

Damn! The Huddle has it's very own Dr. Phil

Cool.

I got a Steve Smith "Cheap High Quality Jersey" a few years ago. It came in Carolina Blue and I told the dude I wanted a full refund with shipping since that ish wasn't even the same jersey I had ordered, (the picture was a normal Panthers blue). He tried to give me lip about how it was the same jersey and the lighting in the room made the blue look different, I just kept sending messages to him and finally he credited my paypal with the full price, shipping and a $10 inconvenience fee and told me to keep the jersey for my trouble.....best dog jersey I've ever seen on Sundays!!

Now I just say fug it and buy the authentic if I like a player enough. Got my Newton one hanging in the closet waiting until I can get it signed....

I thought it was like 70-90 bucks for a real jersey

Its around $70-$80 for a replica jersey (meaning its all screen printed)...

$90-$100 for a premier jersey (meaning the numbers and letters are sewn on, but not the double layer like on authentics, its just a single layer and the sleeves are all screen printed)

$250-$300 for an authentic jersey (everything but the panther logo is sewn on, the numbers and letters are the double layer and the stripes on the sleeves are cloth instead of screen printed)

so the knock offs are knock offs of the $300 jerseys, so you can see why people would risk the $50 or less to try them over paying $300...

I usually get the replicas for variety (have Peppers (no, I haven't burned it yet), Greene (got that badboy back in 96 and it's still in good shape), Beason (will probably eventually get at least a premier one of his, got the replica when he was drafted because his name is almost the same as mine and I liked his potential) and wait for sales on premiers for my favorite players (got Deangelo and Smitty for $75 each on sale once, regularly priced at $120 or 130 I think). I'll probably wait for the new Nikes and save up for an authentic Cam one though.

For me, it's worth the extra $20-30 for the premier, so I normally get those. Sometimes you can find the authentics really cheap if it's a former player, and if it's somebody I liked I'll pick one up. Got an authentic Delhomme from the team store at training camp for $20.

If you want to pay 250 bucks for an authentic jersey go to NFLshop

If you want to pay 80 bucks for a really crappy replica that will fade after 3 washes go to NFLshop

If you want to pay 25 bucks for a jersey that looks very much like an authentic jersey (stitched numbers, name and all details) except under a microscope and doesn't fade after washing, go to the couterfeits
