You guys are fuging extra derp tonight. If JR wanted to control personnel he would have from the beginning. We never would have had a GM in 1995 and we wouldn't have one now. We would have a team run like Jerry runs the Cowgirls and how the Cryptkeeper ran the Raiders. See the thing here, is that, well, we have a GM and he makes the decisions. JR might do some interviews and give Hurney an idea of the direction and public persona that he wants the team to take, but Hurney gets the people to fill those needs.
