ok, First off i think Tampa bay should look into hiring Spagnolou, BUT wont, so maybe they take either the Saints offensive or defensive coordinator or maybe even the packers defensive coordinator. i think (IF) the Chargers fire their head coach that Cowher could go there and the Jags could hire Norv Turner and i think they should get Turner. he is good at grooming a young QB. Jeff Fisher SHOULD go to Rams in my book, that's a great fit. the Colts in my book should look into Jim Tressel and Miami is the toughie for me, they want a young guy, i would love to see Les Miles in Miami, but i doubt that happens.

Schottenheimer in Jacksonville in my book would be a bad move, i think they need a better offensive coach like Norv Turner.

Even though sticking with Crennel may happen, I would personally bring him back to DC and get Rick Dennison.

Dennison could have a very nice NFL HC career if he goes to the right situation and I think KC is just that.
