Sorry, haven't watched every one of OSU's games, which apparently you have. I'm going with what I'm seeing now, which is that OSU has crap for offense outside of Blackmon.

No I haven't, but saying OSU has crap for offense is just beyond ignorant....they were second in the FBS in scoring offense averaging 49.3 points per game. That's not all Blackmon....

Yes, it's beyond ignorant. Just like making unfounded claims based on stats without any context. At least I am making claims based on what I am seeing, not on numbers on a stat sheet.

So a team averaging almost 50 points a game doesn't speak to the offense as a whole?? And fwiw, I have watched numerous OSU games this year, just not every single one....

Boy it would be wonderful if Blackmon fell to 8 or 9, but I seriously doubt he will. He is a top 5 pick. Morris Claiborne is a shutdown CB with great coverage and ball skills. Dre Kirkpatrick is a freak of nature with his strength and 6-3 height. They both will be good CB in the league. I think the Panthers trade back, If they stay at 8 or 9 they pick OT or CB could be the pick. If not and they trade back Devin Still will almost defintely be the pick. I also wouldn't rule out the Panthers taking him in the top 10 either depending on how the draft shapes out and how he is ranked.

Here's an idea...OSU's Quinn Sharp does all their kickoffs, placekicks, and punts. Although he's a junior, he's projected as high as 6th round if he comes out. He has 20 more touchbacks than the next best kicker (and that's kicking from the 30...he'd be 5 yards closer in the NFL). Ranked 2nd in nation in punting with 46+ yard average. Waive Jason Baker and Olindo Mare...draft Sharp and sign John Kasay as a FA. Sharp does kickoffs and punts....Kasay does placekicks and trains up the young grasshopper to eventually take over.
