I say we attack the Defense at CB not DT and go after a guy like Marcus Trufant. Not a headliner but still a good #2 with ball skills. That would allow us to be more versital on blitzes and also cause more turnovers because teams would not be able to pick on one CB.

My assessment is this.

1. We will not go after a WR with the development of Lafell, and the return of Gettis.

2. We need to resign Shockey. He only had a one year deal and he likes it here. It's huge to have two great TEs that can line up in the slot.

3. I say we do draft another tackle, but not in the first round. We should also restructure Otah, if not cut him. Bell will do just as well and stick around.

4. Resign Wharton

5. We need depth in the secondary as that was apparent yesterday.

6. I see us at #9 on the draft board, and we have many needs, so I would not be surprised, in fact i'm expecting us to trade that pick down. This draft is offense heavy and we don't need offense. The only option would be Kalil, but I don't think he'd be around at 9, he's not worth trading up for. If we could move down in draft and get a high 2nd or another first, and grab the best DT, LB, or DB available.

7. We need to draft or sign a kicker. How many games did that trashpile cost us? Atleast 3, which would've put us at 9-7.
