The league needs to get rid of illegal contact altogether

i think that the illegal contact should be kept in and the defenseless player thing should go away or change it and say if it's helmet to helmet then that's the penalty and even have a review to see if that's right.

Yep, if the QB chooses to hang his receiver out to dry, than so be it. That's the way it should be.
