Come guys. Trading the Panthers best running back that is in his prime is a great idea. Makes sense to me. We should probably think about trading Newton too. Bet we get a first rounder for him.

A draft pick is better for the Panthers than a PROVEN, YOUNG, PHYSICAL running back? A 2nd Rd pick is better for the Panthers than a YOUNG player that they picked 13th in the 1st Rd?

our defense needs help.. a 2nd 2nd round pick would do that.. im not saying he isnt valuable.. im not saying he didnt perform.. but i mean really.. deangelo goes left, cam goes right... umm..who do they follow??? even if j stew isnt in the game..it still has the same affect. we dont have to rely 100% on our running game anymore.. we have a qb who can move the ball and is only gonna get better. take it now while you can get it is all im sayin.

i have to add.. we could use a bad ass offensive lineman.. so many people so few picks..

Stewart is better for the Offense that the Panthers run right now, with how they use the backs. Besides, numbers can be interpreted any way. Stewart gets the tough yardage that softens up the defense for DeAngelo to spring a big one.

Williams' "NUMBERS" may be better because of that, but Stewart is much more effective.

im not discarding that fact at all.. but i beleive the softening that Stewart does could easily be replaced with more passing threat. and even with the current rooster, (with no changes at all) that threat is gonna be alot more intense next year.. so once again, im still back at my original point.. not can we use him, but do we really NEED him. is there other things we need more? i say yes.
