i don't know. they already have a poo ton invested at the other OG position. they gave evans a 7 year/$56mil contract in '10 and they still have guys like brees and colston to work new deals with.

just how high a priority is signing another OG for them esp. when they have already given that much money to another one?

bell has played like a rookie starting at RT. he should be much better next year.

still....i'm not content with the idea of him or otah being our top choices at RT next year.

i hope we upgrade, but if rivera thinks we'll be ok with those two guys i'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt.

i agree with this. if we are going to upgrade our oline, the best way to do it would be to get an upgrade at RG. if Otah is healthy and back to being a beast, then great, if not then we have Bell, who I find to be acceptable. we could also draft one of the top guard prospects with our second rounder as opposed to tackles commanding more valuable picks.
