Verizon just pulled its idea of charging 5 dollars to customers who pay their bill online or by phone due to customer outrage. Was a stupid ass idea and glad they pulled it.

Don't be naive. It was $2 and after all their meetings about it they already have that money projected in their revenue stream. Even though they won't be charging for this bill paying scam, they're gonna get it somewhere else but there won't be a press release this time.
