You helped make it happen, Panthers fans! Cam Newton has been named Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week after scoring four touchdowns against Tampa Bay on December 24th. Newton has been nominated for the award 11 times this season and has won three times.

he only won 3 times?

while he may have deserved it one or two other teams, there have been some good rookie performances this year that also deserved recognition imo.

cam is the OROY to me, but that doesn't mean he was the best rookie every single week, but he was the best week in and week out overall.
