Charlotte used to have a lot of Charlestonian architecture actually, but now it is all gone. Shame.

When I was flying back from NY in October, I noticed that you can't really see the stadium that well from the air.

The Duke Energy/WF building looks pretty cool though

Just noticed when I flew in the horizen didnt offer alot. Now Vegas is a different story. Next stop from me is Honolulu.

Seattle, Acapulco, Tenerife South and Athens have the best scenery when landing.

I've never been a fan of flying into Charlotte, especially on international flights. Slow lines and untrained staff. My wife hands them her United States passport and they her ask for a green card. Seriously?

Honestly depends on which direction your flying in from. I flew in from LA two summers ago right as the sun was setting and the skyline looked huge and awesome.

I guess I always sit on the wrong side of the plane. I've only seen the skyline from the air once, and couldn't help but think its tiny. (TWSS)
