Should dome QBs have an asterisk by their season stats?

Astroturf is bad for concussions and for the impact through knees and ankles. The weight of a 300 pound man is the same on any surface.

Personally, I think it is a legit question.

Where is easier to throw the ball? In a dome or in Chicago?

Well then shouldn't an asterisk be put by Marino's name for playing his career in Miami?

the advantage would INCREASE then for other visiting qb's. Their #'s should be better.

I see what the OP means but I don't think it's much of an advantage.

And since the playing field IS level...well, further cements my post as to it NOT making a dif.

But please lets destroy the Can'ts.

no wind. no rain. no cold. no snow. no extreme hot weather. no glare from the sun. no shadows.

that doesn't make for much of an advantage when the majority of their games are played in those conditions?

you're talking about one game.

the discussion is about the majority of games being in a protected environment that other teams/QBs don't have the luxury of having.

you forgot no blimp. didnt you just say BOTH teams play on the same field?

Sure the conditions are ideal. He still has to make throws, make his check downs, avoid injuries etc.

Not buying it.
