Yeah he was already going. The stats, the super bowl (possibly more?). He almost beat Marino's record before (we stopped him). To be that close TWICE is amazing. I hate the Saints, but I can't deny Brees being amazing.

I don't think this record is the reason, and I don't think if he retired after this season he would necessarily get in. But I think he'll do enough during the rest of his career to get him in on the 1st or 2nd ballot.

It's about a little thing called "class." It's something no one on that team has, including Brees. I'm clueless as to why people think he is so classy.
