Steve Smith vs arizona in 08 when he side stepped past a defender and somehow stayed inbounds. Also another one I liked was when a bunch of texans tried to tackle smith and he basically kept pushing and somehow got out. Either way most people agree it's a Smith play

Also, though not a TD, my favorite play in Panthers history was Chad Cota's INT in the end zone to beat the Steelers and claim the NFC West crown back in '96.

I was young when it happened, but the emotion of the crowd made it so electrifying.

I love all the ones that have been mentioned but I also really liked the Delhoome to Smith TD against Dallas in the playoffs at home in 03-04. It was almost like a back shoulder fade and Smitty jumped annd caught it while keeping his whole body within the endzone. Newman got beasted that game.
