Bucs just need to fire their HC and get a new one with a offensive mind. Josh Freeman is 23, so he still young and learning. He just need the right coaching to get better. Until Morris get fired and the Bucs get a new HC. Freeman will never get any better.

This post is a reference to an earlier thread where a huddler mentioned that Newton only has beaten backup QBs.

Most people who don't know that will read this and think about how Freeman sucks and shouldn't be starting in the NFL.

newton? It wasn't about Newton, it was about the defense being unable to stop an average quarterback when it mattered. He's not out there playing defense.

Freeman does suck this year, the Bucs in general suck, but our defense came to play again today. Still, I feel like the only time our D stops people is if our opponents stop themselves or we get a turnovers :(

I still think Freeman is a very good QB with a very bright future. Hard to be successful with the lack of interest the owners show in the team, poor head coaching, plethora of injuries, and overhyped expectations brought on by the cake schedule they succeeded against last year.

As for the Bucs, it’s getting really hard to think that they won’t be starting over with a new quarterback next year. Tampa has regressed terribly this season under Raheem Morris and he doesn’t seem to have any clue about how to turn things back around.

Either new PFT writer Josh Alpers means coach rather than QB, or is high on crack if he thinks they're going to get a new QB. Freeman is more than enough to build a franchise around.

Freeman was owning us this game for a long time. He was completing EVERYTHING. He's still a good QB and worthy of being a starter. Their defense was just getting manhandled and we were grabbing turnovers.
