Only 2 games a year are determined by your finish last year. And that's determined by your division finish, not playoff finish like the draft.

So the other 14 games are predetermined. For instance, the only difference between Minnesota's 10-6 schedule and Detroits 0-16 schedule is 2 games.

The top 8 on the toughest schedules are all in the same two divisions and they just so happen to be playing each other.

Mike Garafola from the Star-Ledger has supposedly gathered a little insider info throughout the day and has put together most of the Giants schedule (acknowledging it's just "what he's heard"). The only games he doesn't know at this point are the Panthers and Chargers, with the only open weeks being Week 9 and Week 16. I wouldn't mind another Week 16 match up with the Giants if that's how it plays out.
