Todd McShay's 1st NFL Mock Draft

I haven't even read any of this thread or your conversation so I'm not trolling ya, Just think big tall powerful WR's are for the future and we currently have plenty of small quick wr's.

the troll comment wasn't directed towards you, btw.

different receivers do different things, obviously. big tall receivers are generally possession type receivers (ie. capable in the redzone and prolonging drives). you don't need that insane advantage height to be effective or elite. blackmon is the total package.

Yeah it does the guys I showed you are actual beat writer fo the team. Usually when they say somthing is going to happen it does. Most of the stories they write are taking by the AP.

But to help you here is a article by Pat Y on Mcsham mock draft.

http://espn.go.com/blog/nfcsouth/post/_/id/29233/mock-draft-picks-for-buccaneers-panthers

if you think pat y is a credible writer you're mistaken.

Yea but Pilares and Edwards gets no time on offense so they dont matter. 3 big starters and one small one. Plus 2 TE's.

True. I'd like to see more rotation in there. I hope they are as talented as we all hope for. One things to say for sure it's an exciting time to be a fan of this team and I think we all deserve it after the trainwreck of the "fox hole" the past few years.

lmao. this is completely irrelevant. comprehension, get some. you said something like "blackmon is a mere 6'0, not 6'5 like calvin johnson" as if it were a huge knock on him. remember, most receivers aren't the size of megatron, he's a god damn freak. my point is you can still be productive and even ELITE without being a freak of nature physically.

my god you're dense

dwayne jarrett did not have better numbers than blackmon, so you can go ahead and stop spewing that bullpoo.

It is a huge Knock do you even watch football????

Look at the top WR in the league how many are 6'0.

Check the # before making stupid comments.

If you would take the time use google search you could see that D Jarret college Stat are better or equal to Blackmon.

I'll help you out

http://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/dwayne-jarrett-1.html

http://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/justin-blackmon-1.html

Now do some work and see you're wrong!!

Then you add into the fact that Jarret got less touches because of the talent around him. Having a brain you would've concluded that Jarret was better in college then Blackmon.

so many things wrong with this i don't even know where to start.

okay. wow. just to name a few receivers 6'0 or under that are pretty fuging good: steve smith, wes welker, victor cruz, reggie wayne, mike wallace, greg jennings. the list goes on and on, but i'll stop there. keep in mind blackmon is actually > 6'0. WINNER: ME

to compare the two's stats because apparently you can't read:

blackmon:

soph year - 111 catches 1782 yards 20 tds

jr year - 113 catches 1336 yards 15 tds

jarrett:

soph year - 91 catches 1274 yards 16 tds

jr year - 70 catches 1015 yards 12 tds

ADVANTAGE: BLACKMON

WINNER: ME

the last part:

if you watched football (or hey, if you had a brain! teehee) you would know that having talent around you opens things up. jarrett had mark sanchez throwing him the ball (a first-round draft pick, we'll see where brandon weeden ends up being picked, but i can guarantee it won't be in the 1st round) and steve smith on the opposite side (a pretty successful receiver in the nfl when healthy).

sorry bro, but you're a fuging moron

Atleast he watches this fuging team plus the fact that his job was nothing but Panthers for 15 years gives him some Credible. Do you even know who wrote that AP article?

PS: You're losing credibility with every post.

i think everyone outside of me and you can tell who's winning this argument, but thanks for your concern!

i have a strong feeling i'm being trolled because there is no possible way someone is this dumb

The real dumb person is sombody who can't look at 2 sets of numbers and determine that either they are the same or different.

The fact you can't look at D jarret Stats and Compare them to Blackmon tells me you're the reason they put picture on the registers at Mcdonalds now.

What are some DT prospect you guys are interested in? I'm excited to have Ron Edwards back and hope we can find some late talent to add in the mix as well as DB and LB prospects.

Basically trade up collect defensive players all day.

Devon Still is the top Defensive tackle prospect in this year draft.

Why didn't you add their freshman # you fuging loser.

Not to mention he also had other weapons on the team taking touches away from him. You are the fuging moron.
