Ideal Sleeping Conditions

To me, ideal sleeping conditions are between 60-65 degrees with a light breeze in the room, usually caused by a fan of some sort.

I need it cool when I sleep and warmer when wake up. I also need 2-3 pillows.

I cannot sleep without air moving in the room, whether it be ceiling fan(preferred) or other fan. I'm indifferent on temperature, I can sleep in it all, but I prefer it chilly (considering the season). Thermostat set at 62 at night during winter and 76 during the summer. Must have 2 pillows and room to spread out.

3-4 Pillows. Low 60s, fan on. Not necessarily blowing on me, just need the noise. TV on, volume down. Turn it off when I take my mid-sleep piss.
