Thanks for posting this! Alright, let's break down the rules with this play. So, the ball can be snapped and made live with all linemen standing up except the center? I guess as long as there are enough men on the LOS, and you don't have movement, it couldn't be an illegal formation/shift?

No one has to be in a 3-point stance, 7 players just have to be on the LOS and still for 1 count prior to the snap (or 1 can be moving parallel to the LOS).

Next up will be Cam under center, but the ball is direct snapped between his legs directly to DeAngelo! Cam dives like a QB sneak while DeAngelo goes off tackle and celebrates in the end zone.

It's amazing how frozen the Texan D was on that play. Surely they saw Kalil snap the ball to Cam, yet they acted as though the play hadn't started yet. I guess the Texans were stunned at Cam's swag on that play.

Love the pre snap confusion from JJ Watts looking back at DeMeco for help. DeMeco was the only player who stuck with the ball from the start but he had no hope of getting there with the blockers in the way.

The rule, apparently, is that the line can stand up as long as their heads are further forward than the center's hips - this according to the article it he CO this morning. That was the coolest thing I've seen the Panthers do in years. Definitely made my list of top ten plays!
