outside of the way the media has completely overblown him (as they do any marketable story) there is really no reason to hate him as a player. if anything he's likeable - underdog type, shouldn't be succeeding but there he is, undersized and underarmed and is helping rally the team to wins.

i also find it amusing that we get up in arms when people say cam sucks because of our win/loss record, but everyone is ignoring the fact that he put up the best numbers of his career, the defense failed abysmally - HAHAHA WERES UR WIN HAHA HE SUX NO WIN

i thought The Golden Calf of Bristol played ok, it wasnt awful by any means, BUT like i wrote in OTHER posts, he's not Cam as a passer, Cam is much better as a pocket passer, but The Golden Calf of Bristol isnt bad, he's just not better than Cam, get The Golden Calf of Bristol some talent at WR and maybe he plays better.

I think the smartest thing Denver could do is trade him away to a team like Jacksonville or Miami if they can possibly pull off a highway robbery on those teams to get a 1st round pick (or more) for him.

i think The Golden Calf of Bristol can play QB, he didnt play as awful as people are making it out to be, now if they do trade him, the team to trade him to is Jacksonville.

what's funny is i dont think they should trade him. i think The Golden Calf of Bristol can play, do i think he's better than Cam, shoot no!! i said it all week when those people kept saying, The Golden Calf of Bristol was (which is false), but i think he can play, i think he's an improving project QB who doenst have the best WRs to work with.

From what I have seen from him he is the type of guy that if the defense keeps it close and they have a chance to win at the end and he seems to thrive in those situations.

I just don't know if he can consistently win in a shootout against a top QB. I know they won a game a couple of weeks ago 35-32 against Minny, but I am not convinced he can win consistently if he has to put major points on the board.

But then again, if this team and organization commits to this offense that they basically installed mid-season, then they may have something special there. Especially with an off-season to fully explore the opportunities with basically a spread option.

So who knows. I pull for the kid when the media isn't sucking his johnson.
