Tebow is dildos

Indeed. I think he had a bad team in Cleveland but give the guy some talent and he can win.

The Golden Calf of Bristol lost one game and he all of a sudden sucks? give the kid credit he has only lost three games in 2 seasons. Not bad. I know he doesn't throw like Peyton Manning but he is only in his second year. Call me bias but I think Cam is better .

yep, i dont think he had a bad team in Cleveland as he didnt have the right offensive coordinator. Chudzinski only stayed one year, then out he went, i think that this offseason the Chiefs should hire Crennel as the head coach and then get McDaniels off the Rams to coach either Cassel or Orton (two former QBs of his) and work with the offense.

As for The Golden Calf of Bristol, that's my issue, i UNDERSTAND why SOME Panther fans are jumping all over this, but he doesnt suck, only morons will say that The Golden Calf of Bristol is better than Newton, that's just funny, but to say he sucks to me is off base. i think he's an improving passer who with a full offseason could be an average passer (which in my book would be all he needs to be a great player), but i dont think he sucks. does he get alot of tv time, yes, but the reason why is this controversey, people say he cant do this or that. Newton will get more TV time in the future too, in fact i wouldnt be surprised if the NFL moved the panther/saint game up if there's something for the Saints to play for. plus the panthers are exciting thanks to Newton and Chudzinski, by the way, i dont know if he finds a head coaching job...........yet. Give it another year and then he could be gone.

I like off field The Golden Calf of Bristol , seems like a good guy.

On field The Golden Calf of Bristol is dildos. If he was on our team he would be cut (unless he was an App grad)

i like The Golden Calf of Bristol off the field and think he's a work in progress ON the field. i think he can be fixed. The Golden Calf of Bristol isnt the passer Newton is, i have said that, but he can improve.

People always ask how Cam can hold up running when he averages only 6-8 carries a game, while The Golden Calf of Bristol runs it at least 15 times every Sunday. Where are the durability questions there?

well for me, those questions are now for other guys. for Newton and The Golden Calf of Bristol, their size seems to be able to handle the pounding, i did question that for both The Golden Calf of Bristol and Newton, but then i read a good article on ESPN that kinda changed my views, BUT i think Newton should pass more because he's actually a better passer than runner. The Golden Calf of Bristol is a work in progress as a passer, so as of now he's a tad bit better a runner, i like The Golden Calf of Bristol's vision as a runner.

Why do people keep comparing The Golden Calf of Bristol to Cam at all? Its night and day, not worth even an attempt.

The Golden Calf of Bristol is Kordell Stewart without the arm.

i agree with the first line, do NOT agree with the second. i think he has as good an arm as Kordell did. i think The Golden Calf of Bristol is a work in progress as a passer who will be better next year as a passer, i dont like the comparison because it's not fair to The Golden Calf of Bristol, he loses clearly.

The Golden Calf of Bristol has a good arm? Have you watched him play?

Good god. If his arm is good, then Pickles has a hall of fame arm.

i have watched him throw and it's not bad, Clausen has alot of passes batted in the air and that's part of why he's bad. The Golden Calf of Bristol actually throws ok, like i said 1000 times, it's not great but he's not as bad as people make him to be, he's as good a passer as Kordell, remember too that The Golden Calf of Bristol doesnt have the most gifted WRs either. like i said The Golden Calf of Bristol isnt Newton, i KNEW that, but he's not the worst QB like EVERYONE says, i rather have The Golden Calf of Bristol than Grossman and other QBs that start.

Since there's no need for another The Golden Calf of Bristol thread ....

http://forums.denverbroncos.com/showthread.php?p=4171968#post4171968

No not, on your loss, but on your season so far. Panthers fan here. I'm not going to pretend that I speak for the entire Panthers fan base, but I would like to apologize on behalf of some of the comments that may be coming out of the online forums. Some of the more vocal members online who may not understand the finer points of football, also don't speak for all of us.

Having said that....

A few months ago I came in here asking if Denver would ever consider trading The Golden Calf of Bristol to Carolina to play as a back-up for Cam Newton. It wasn't meant to be a knock on The Golden Calf of Bristol, quite the contrary.

I didn't believe The Golden Calf of Bristol was nearly as bad as most people thought he was and believed if we were going be committed to the type of offense we are running, a capable back-up quarterback is necessary that plays the same way. I also believed very much in John Fox and wished him the best and continue to regret the decision to part with him as a coach, but sometimes there's not much one can do about football politics. I even remember some Broncos fans thinking nobody would pay for The Golden Calf of Bristol. It's ok, we all make mistakes. :)

After being banned enough times from my own Panthers forum for trying to be too objective, and pointing out that completion % is hardly a good measurement of a quarterback's accuracy when talking about The Golden Calf of Bristol, while also pointing out yards and points are hardly everything and our defense has been the hero this year just as much as Denver's offense has(although credit in the media does't always agree) I decided to drop by again and congratulate John Fox and The Golden Calf of Bristol on such a great effort against the New England Patriots. You guys must be doing something right.

Don't buy into the hype folks. The Golden Calf of Bristol may believe in a higher power, but it doesn't take a Denver fan to figure that although he may depend on it when the game is on the line and being a good leader, it takes more than that to be a great quarterback in the NFL. It takes the kind of qualities and skill set The Golden Calf of Bristol seems to have plenty of.

Any smart football fan that knows what it takes to be an successful quarterback can recognize supreme discipline at the position and someone who is mostly concerned with protecting the ball above else. After all, in my opinion the greatest records Tom Brady ever broke outside of those that happened in a Super Bowl, were those in the interceptions and incompletions categories, not points nor yards. Outside of leadership it's probably the key aspect that helped quarterbacks achieved the more meaningful records in this league.

Looking into The Golden Calf of Bristol's number I am absolutely AMAZED at the amount of discipline he has and the determination not to throw an interception. He still currently maintains the highest interception efficiency in the league at 1 per 110, as I have been keeping up with it, although he did fumble the ball yesterday, and those can hurt you just as much as any other turnover. Coach John Fox believed in this very much when he was in Carolina, so do I, and it still remains one of the main reasons, if not the primary reasons teams win and lose football games. Efficiency is key and efficient offenses that execute and don't turn over the ball is primarily the difference maker in this league filled with talent.

I doubt even God himself can overcome 3 turnovers against a team as disciplined as the Patriots and I hope fans understand this. With The Golden Calf of Bristol's leadership, knowing what to say and when to say, along with his discipline and current interception efficiency, I must say, I believe Denver really has something special and it's not a higher power. You have a great staff and a great athlete who can execute at the highest level. It can sometimes hurt you to be a bit too conservative, which sometimes may have been my personal complaint with John Fox, but I am convinced this is the correct way to play your first year as a starting QB and gradually open up as a you get more experience, rather than how we are doing it in Carolina with Cam Newton.

I hope our new rookie and staff learns this trick as well, but in the mean time I'm going to continue enjoying John's progress in Denver and keeping an eye on The Golden Calf of Bristol's development as well as other excellent football players in this league moving into the playoffs while we figure out how to become consistent in Charlotte.

Don't stop believing in Fox like some of us may have in the past. Not all things in football are easily apparent, and I hope Broncos fans are learning that from the start.

Good luck in the playoffs race. I wish you guys the best.

PS: That title was meant to say congratule. ;) Oh and congratulations coach Fox! I am very happy that you have found continued success and wish you the best in the future except if you ever face our team of course! Some of us have not forgotten the most memorable seasons in Panthers history and what you have accomplished.

Wonder who that is on the Broncos message board? They can keep him.

Our resident professional hater of Cam and the Panthers and john fox/jake delhomme/matt moore personal "nuthugger"...who else...he'll be along shortly to explain...lol

The "article, diatribe, manifesto" above actually deserves to be debated in its own thread.....IMO

Why stain the Panthers main forum with another thread full of poo? I'm sure it will be though. Like you said, "he'll be along shortly to explain"

The Golden Calf of Bristol lacks the zip and arm motion to be anything more than average. I know Drew Brees Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady, and even Big Ben have cat like releases where if they see an opening within the second the ball is out, and there in a hurry. I've never seen Tebows release timed but i'm assuming it's at least twice of what an elite passers is.

Cam's has improved steadily throughout the season. /once he really starts anticipating routes with his arm strength.

As i was typing this, Cam got the pass of the week on NFL live on his pass to Greg Olsen over the safety. So much for the Broncos arguments.
