I love how the Saints came out in the 2nd half and extended their lead over the Vikings. Now up 35-13, whereas it's almost as if the Panthers offense wants to force the Defense to hold, instead of trying to blow out the Texans and put it away themselves.

Force them to prove they can stop what was working. That's what good teams do, Ron.

I like the way the defense is playing, but if we were facing a veteran qb, Texas likely would have had a td on that drive.

Quilt looking for one man to save the whole team. The philosophy sucks. You go into prevent mode on offense with large leads instead of forcing the defense to prove they can stop what was working.

So what are you trying to say, you don't trust your defense?

This is a good test to see what the defense is really made of.Taing for granted that your offense is going to come out and put up numbers everytime they touch the ball is no way to balance a team.
