Yeah, I had rotator cuff repair and I believe JR tore his GIANT biceps curling 225 pounds or something. :D

Mine has actually done pretty good... I had tingling/loss of feeling in part of my hand and fingers for quite a while, but it came back. I followed their instructions to the letter on my rehab and was very careful when I started working it out on my own.

I'm basically back to where I was in the gym and able to golf and do whatever else I want... it pops strangely once in a while, but oh well.

I'm afraid that I'll eventually have to get that done on my other arm too... :(

Obv I know but congrats on 1 year? Be glad ur not doing desk exercises anymore!

Thanks... yes, those stretching exercises SUCKED...

You hadn't mentioned yours in a while... shoulders are tricky...

I wonder how LiaG's is doing...
