Duke fan...but I would be pumped if we could get barnes. If he can become a bit more consistent, and deal with physical defenders better, then I think he could be an all-star. Odds are we wont get #1 or #2 so no real shot at drummond and davis. We need a scorer badly. I want Harrison Barnes, if he isnt there, Perry Jones or Kidd-Gilchrist would be good too. Wish we had 2 picks this year instead of last year, this could very well be the deepest draft ever.

This team needs a SF, let Bismack take over the Center spot (he's still growing and will probably end up being 6-10/6-11 before it's over)

You have

DJ/Kemba

Henderson

Barnes

Thomas

Bismack

that's a pretty damn good young nucleus for the team, add in a FA or two and that would be a playoff team in 2 years.

Anthony Davis reminds me a lot of Dwight Howard. This kid would be an outstanding addition to the Bobcats.

I can see the similarities in play..but Dwight was 243 lbs coming out of high school and is now up to 265 lbs. Which means Davis, to become dominant, would need to put on about 30 lbs...of good weight. Tough to do.

Don't know what I was thinking then. I want Drummond or Barnes. I think Barnes is the type that will be a better NBA player than he was a college player

I feel the same way about Barnes. I am not going to give up on Mullens potentially being the center of the future. I don't feel good enough on Mullens now to pass on Drummond, but give the 'Cats staff an offseason with Mullens and I think he can become a better defender. We all know what this staff (with Oakley) did with Kwame and company. Remember Mullens is only 22.
