Bronco fans mad at Smittys comments...

I'll just leave this here.

The Golden Calf of Bristol has 11 TD passing to 2 INTs. I'll give him the 2 INTs, but that's more on the coordinator playing smart football. His longest TD is 56 yds. The Golden Calf of Bristol has 3 rushing TDs. He also has an abysmal 48% completion rate. ESPN sees the 11-2 TD ratio, the 7-1 record, and the comebacks and think John Fox is reponsible and coach of the year and that The Golden Calf of Bristol is the best thing ever.

The Golden Calf of Bristol's wins have come against an overrated Chargers team, the Dolphins, Raiders, Chiefs, Jets, Vikings, and a Bears team with no QB. The one legitimate defense Teblow faced, was Detroit, and they got destroyed 45-10. They have the Patriots who have a worse D then us, the Bills and Chiefs left. They'll probably beat the Patriots and since ESPN is so in love with the Patriots, they'll start hyping Super Bowl. But when it comes to legit, championship contenders, Denver can't hang. It just makes me more mad that Fox is getting credit for this when we all know he's done nothing to contribute. Even more so, Teblow was the number 3 QB on the chart in camp. It's a fad against inferior opponents. The Donkeys basically played the same schedule this year except we're not in the afc west. if divisions were swapped, i could easily see us 8-5 and them 4-9.

Jets aren't a good D?

Why will they "probably beat the Patriots"?

Who is a legit SuperBowl contender?

SOOOOOOOOO The Golden Calf of Bristol has literally have the TDs that Cam does, actually less. Cam is 11% more accurate. Panthers also lead the league in plays over 20 yards, and most of that is on Cam. Cam still has 15 TDs to Teblow's 11. Cam's longest pass? 77 yards. Donkeys also don't have a kicker that's cost them atleast 3 games. POS Mare. My rant is done.

What theory? That The Golden Calf of Bristol is helping his team win?

Jesus Christ you people make up poo in your minds all the damn time. Read what's on the fuging page in front of you

No .. all the statistical mumbo jumbo you have spewed all over this thread .. you said you need proof of something .. there is plenty of proof .. there is fact that he is 32nd in the league in a few categories among others listed above.. at the end of the day one thing is certain. He , Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers are the Qb's I take in the 4th qtr. Nobody can argue how boss The Golden Calf of Bristol is in the 4th. However before the 4th qtr he is just ok and that's all.

The Jets are spotty.

The patriots defense is atrocious and the broncos defense is good enough to shut down Brady. But at the same time, Detroit put 45 on them.

Ravens, Steelers, Texans, just in the AFC.

Your argument a few pages back was based on stats that appear to show The Golden Calf of Bristol is a much more effective and efficient QB then Cam (disregarding the difference in sample size). I pointed out Peyton Manning's TD per attempt and INT per attempt numbers for his record-setting rookie season to show that stats can be VERY misleading and attempting to extrapolate a QB's success over a period of time based on a sampling of 198 passing attempts is a fools errand.

The numbers would suggest that The Golden Calf of Bristol will end up being a MUCH better QB then Peyton Manning, do you agree?

First off much respect to you for defending our country.

Now I'm not sure if you have suffered some brain trauma while fighting in combat overseas, but if you need help the people at the VA, have put out a recent series of commercials to remind us all that our Combat vets may be suffering from PTSD. There are people that want to and can help you.:D

Much Respect and get the help you need!

This was funny......But here is the bottom line... Stats are for losers and I will say that til I am blue in the face. If you are hanging your hats on stats it is cause you suck. All I care about is winning games. I understand that winning ball games for Panther fans is about as rare as some of you guys showering (stationed in NC for awhile I am speaking from experience), but trust me winning is all that matters. Ok all joking aside.....Look I am the biggest critic for the Broncos and I am far more harder on them than most....any one from the Bronco board will agree since this is japfaff. But there is something special here that you just cant understand unless you watch the games. This D sucked, the running game/passing game sucked until TT came on board. Then somehow someway everything changed when this kid started taking snaps. The D started playing harder and faster, they stopped with the stupid plays. On O our OL figured out how to run block and these holes became big enough to drive a truck through. Now is this TT. I don't know but his teammates love playing with him. They love his energy and they love his leadership. Remember he is basically a rookie as well. And he is the unquestioned leader of this team. He took a Front Office, a Head Coach, a Team, and a fan base that really seemed to want Andrew Luck. And turned it on their heads. The guy doesn't make mistakes, and he makes plays. Plus we know that no one is going to work harder then our Guy. That is a huge thing in this league. So if you are going off stats...yeah I can see how you think that Cam is better. But the stats don't show all the drops that our WR have had. Also how many games has your O failed in the last few mins to put together a drive to win a ball game or send it to OT? Cause TT came from 15 down in 2 mins against Miami, 10 down in 5 mins against Chicago, 3 down against NYJ, 3 Down to SD, and 3 down to Minn. Now yes the D has been playing lights out, but they didn't lead the team on these come from behind drives, and he is doing it with below avg WR and TE, and a 30year old RB.....That is special. How does Cam do in crunch time?

That is what I was referring to TRD just your statistical analysis of his play .. nothing more.

We were talking about extrapolating 198 to 450 or so, not 198 to 7,210. We also talked about how much decline there would need to be in Tebows game to be at or below Cam's level. We never talked about The Golden Calf of Bristol's future success, only used it as a reference for how efficient he was playing this season.

And the analysis shows he's playing very efficient this year and his helping his team win games.

It also gave reference to someone who was pretty close in attempts, not someone who was thousands of attempts away.

Did you just quote yourself and respond then in the next post list the Texans as "legit SB contenders" ahead of the Patriots?

Yeah, they are. Why do you argue with everything possible to argue with? The Patriots will choke, as usual, in the playoffs. The Texans are a strong team with momentum.
