After taking a closer look at The Golden Calf of Bristol, not only is he a very good QB, and a good passer, but he probably has the least amount of help in the league. To boot, more than half of The Golden Calf of Bristol's 4th quarter comeback wins have been on ~80 yard drive marches down the field. It's not the defense, the guy has what it takes. i dont think The Golden Calf of Bristol is awful, but he's not better than Newton. if Newton's defense held a team to 10 points, they win 31 to 10. But to answer your question, I haven't watched The Golden Calf of Bristol play every game, because they don't televise it her very often. what I did notice, is that The Golden Calf of Bristol throws accurately a lot of times, and his receivers are terrible. I've seen his receivers drop some pretty great passes.

true, The Golden Calf of Bristol has had some passes dropped, but there were also passes that hit the dirt or some passes that were a tad high or low that the WR had to make a great catch on. The Golden Calf of Bristol's accuracy seems to improve though in the 4th quarter, so you have to watch the whole game to notice things about The Golden Calf of Bristol and what i saw when i watched Broncos vs Jets was The Golden Calf of Bristol had his good throws (some dropped) and his bad throws.

Defense isn't what's helping them win, unless you missed Tebowmania and living under a rock. The Golden Calf of Bristol's in the news every week because of 4th quarter come backs. Teams with great defenses, don't have a lot of 4th quarter comebacks.

teams with great defense holds teams to a certain amount of points to where their QB can comeback and that's what Denver does in some games (except Lions and Vikings).

Second, The Golden Calf of Bristol was a huge part of the Gators national championship in 2006. He was the second leading rusher on the team with nearly 500 yards and 8 TDs. He should get credit for that National Championship as well as 2008. The Golden Calf of Bristol appeared in every game and made a major impact on their success.

On the other hand, Cam was only involved in 7 plays in 2008. He was a nobody on that team and gets no credit for their success. He only appeared in one game.

Cam is a better passing QB than The Golden Calf of Bristol, there's no doubt there. i have seen the Minn game and saw the interceptions that Ponder threw. i saw the Bears game where Barber ran out of bounds and fumbled, i am not saying The Golden Calf of Bristol is awful, but he's not the only guy playing for Denver and the same can be said for Cam. he has a terriable defense that cant stop the run and cant stop a good QB.

and the reason why!!!?? Leak did NOT fit Meyer's system! The Golden Calf of Bristol did, if Newton came to Florida before The Golden Calf of Bristol and backed up Leak, then it would be him who played, the point is BOTH were backups. The Golden Calf of Bristol was used mainly on short yard plays and goal line plays. Newton (at that time) wasn't needed because they had The Golden Calf of Bristol, if they had say, Leak then he would be needed.

NO, what i am saying is that The Golden Calf of Bristol as a backup who had short yard plays while Newton wasnt needed for one National Championship game and won 1 National title game.
