I watch the games and look at stats. You should stop relying on just your eyes. They're wrong. And they'd be more fun to watch if we were winning.

Stop caring about stupid poo and start caring about winning. Look into the things that have something to do with winning.

You are so sweet.

you have proven by your full retard post that you don't watch games.....you watch the ESPN highlight of The Golden Calf of Bristol's 1 pass late in a game.

You clearly don't watch the 55 minutes of play that makes Jimmy Clausen look decent.

Who cares. The Golden Calf of Bristol is over there, and Cam is over here. I will sum it up for everyone. I'd rather be 4-9 with Cam Newton, leading the league in plays of 20+ yards, TD drives of 80+ yards, then being 7-5 in the dismal AFC West, and going to the playoffs with Fox and The Golden Calf of Bristol. Simple and plain. /Clap and chew gum, kick a field goal.

Could there be more to this story

-The Golden Calf of Bristol's receiving corps is 31st in the league. Worst in yards after catch as well.

i agree with you that The Golden Calf of Bristol's WRs are at best poor, but there are also some easy, simple passes that he just flat out misses, that's the issue with The Golden Calf of Bristol, some people will say, he cant read defenses (false), he has bad mechanics, footwork and a elongated throwing motion, now, so far it's working, but he will have to improve as a passer, the one thing he has over Cam Newton is decision making, he makes great decisions with his passing. The Golden Calf of Bristol (due to his mechanics) is making inaccurate throws that usually are underthrown.

Cam has more NFL starts than The Golden Calf of Bristol.

Newton has more starts, but The Golden Calf of Bristol has been in the league for a year and KNOWS the speed of the game more than Newton.

If only we had The Golden Calf of Bristol at QB!

i KNOW right!!!! Stupid Broncos!! why didnt they draft Clausen so we could take The Golden Calf of Bristol and win 10 games right now.

Hypothetical: If The Golden Calf of Bristol was drafted #1 by us this year (if Cam did not exist), what is our record?

ok, you want me to be serious?? if i were joking i would say 10, but i am going to be honest, we win likely 3 or 2 games, i will go 3 to be nice. The Golden Calf of Bristol isnt as awful as many think, but he's not great enough to win here unless they change the offense up for his abilities, plus the defense would have to play great, i dont see that. The Golden Calf of Bristol can only do so much.

So you wanna know what would the guy with 100% 4th quarter comeback success rate can do for a team that's 1 for 9 in 4th quarter comebacks? Maybe not 13-3 but 10-4?

he has had 4th quarter comebacks and if you say take Cam, then in the final 5minutes bring The Golden Calf of Bristol in i would agree, but for a full game, no. The Golden Calf of Bristol's issues are he has to do well in the whole game.

I don't think anybody here's watched The Golden Calf of Bristol play every game considering it's not televised but what I can do, is read numbers better than you and make better statistical comparisons that aren't biased.

And unlike you I don't leave out the most important ones because they don't fit my argument. I don't deny the importance of a QB passer rating, because it happens to include interception efficiency which you don't like since it makes Cam Newton rank lower than The Golden Calf of Bristol.

I know its correlation to winning is very well documented. It has been from the very beginning.

And that's fine from a eye observation point of view, I don't have a problem with what you are saying. But if you were to actually look at some of the important stats like I posted...there's no reason why you should ever want a quarterback that throws 16 picks versus one that throws 1 interception over 99 passes. Those guys are an exception to the rule.

There's only 3 guys in the league that reach this number. Alex Smith, Aaron Rodgers and The Golden Calf of Bristol.

And The Golden Calf of Bristol, even though he hasn't thrown a whole lot and is a smaller sample is simply unreal in this category.

Turnover battle wins football games. When you have a QB who throws 1 interception every 99 passes, he's a fuging keeper.

Denver will beat us 9 out of 10 times with The Golden Calf of Bristol vs Cam. You know the greatest records Tom Brady ever said outside of wins or Super Bowls, wasn't the number of yards or touchdowns....

It was the number of passes without an incompletions and the number of consecutive passes with an interception. This is and the 4th quarter in the playoffs is what makes Tom Brady a step above Peyton Manning.

i understand on the interceptions, but when it comes to The Golden Calf of Bristol, you BETTER have a good defense or it's game over fast because his accuracy is questionable at times and misses easy throws. the panthers dont have the broncos defense, we dont have a Champ Bailey or decent DTs who can stop the run, we do have a better offense, but it wont matter if he misses Steve Smith on simple throws, now i am a HUGE The Golden Calf of Bristol fan, but i just cant say his passing is better, just his decisions that's what he has over Newton, he makes safe throws.

The Broncos are televised. So I would suggest you find a friend w/ Directv and watch The Golden Calf of Bristol for 55 minutes out of 60 make Jimmy Clausen look good. In this post you just admitted to why your posts make no sense.....YOU DON'T WATCH The Golden Calf of Bristol play.

I do, I have game pass and I watched a condensed version of each game the week following... I've see just about every one of The Golden Calf of Bristol's passing attempts and he's garbage when it comes to throwing the ball. The only time he's able to complete a pass is when a receiver is WIDE OPEN. His accuracy is totally suspect and he throws a wobbly, ugly ball.

The Golden Calf of Bristol is an amazing athlete and compares to Cam as such, but to compare him as a QB to Cam is totally absurd. Cam could make throws blindfolded that The Golden Calf of Bristol couldn't make on his best day.

The Golden Calf of Bristol's winning % is a direct result of his defense, they cover for him while he plays like crap and give him the opportunity to get the win. If The Golden Calf of Bristol had our defense he wouldn't have won a game yet.

I honestly doubt this. I minored in statistics and prediction ability, and anyone who understands them also understands that you can easily cater statistics to meet the criteria of your argument.

For example you cling to YPP like stink on poo. I can easily counter that with the fact that Carolina has one of the WORST average starting field positions in the league. The only teams with worse are the likes of the Cardinals, Rams, and Colts. This, along with Carolina leading in scoring drives 80+ yards tells me the offense is doing something right while the other phases are not.

A stat is a stat until you sprinkle it with an agenda.
