What I heard fox paid him, I thought it was insane. Then it was explained to me by someone in the business, fox is buying the rights for Tom Bradys time. Theres more than calling a 3.5 hour game with his responsibilities. He's very known and people would pay to meet him, hear him speak, or just be in the same room. It's similar to politicians getting paid to eat or speak at events. Being around a celebrity is a huge deal for many football fans. He's the goat like it or not, fox has many sponsors and having Brady under contract control allows for more favors and most important more money making opportunities. -
