As others have said, given Manning's age and condition, Indy should probably try their Luck in the draft.

Maybe they can re-work Peyton's deal to make it more trade-friendly, giving him veto power over trade partners, but I don't know if PM is that charitable. It would be more likely he would force a release and he would be on the open market.
