Cam Newton is quite obviously better than The Golden Calf of Bristol and Dalton. The only reason they don't throw as many picks is because they aren't asked to make as many high-risk throws, mainly because they have great defenses. It's no coincidence that Dalton began turning the ball over more when his defense began to decline against teams like Pittsburgh and Baltimore.

And when your completion percentage is 48%, then not throwing a ton of interceptions doesn't actually impress me.
