I'm trying to determine if the colts and bucs game helped that much or ifs it's a down year for D in general :(

Edit: someone in the comments brought up a good point, we're still 29th in ppg on D which to me is the more telling stat.

The Bucs I can believe. That team is a disaster overall, we have huge glaring holes in D but at least we have some solid playmakers.

The Saints I don't at all.

EDIT: Oh this is just yardage. The Saints have poor D numbers because they score so much the opponent has lots of chances. Not to say they are any good at D, they are still average, but certainly better than we are.

He is using just total yardage I believe. There are a lot more factors at play than total yardage on both sides of the ball.

Our offense isn't top 5 caliber at this point either, but we are top 5 in yardage.
