What happened to our trolls? These new ones suck. Not convincing or believable at all.

Well to be fair to them, even with his poor second half Cam needs what, 150 or so yards to break the rookie passing record? They gotta stretch more & more to bash him.

It's not about patience. It's about knowing what's what. what it takes to win, and you don't. And I could care less if it's expected from a rookie. That's exactly the point. I expected to lose with a rookie. Just like I expected Clausen to choke as a rookie last year. I expected Newton to suck. I didn't expect so many to not be able to pick up on it. So this is worse. People and Cam homers along with the media have brainwashed most into believing it's NOT the rookie when it's been about as clear as day to me and those who have been objective and really paid attention since game 2 of this season.But why exactly should I be patient or happy that my owner and GM put me as a fan in a position to expect to lose 2 years in a row? What the hell is there to be happy about? What exactly is the point? So they can make money?

I don't buy into the whole "we needed to do this" to rebuild mentality. It's a crock of poo and a lie. It's about as true as "we're losing because of our defense" and "we'd never be in a position to win without Cam".

All lies.

Some of you are so damn transparent it's not funny. You fugging bitch over Cam not playing as consistant as you'd like for 60 minutes, yet your asses are willing to accept The Golden Calf of Bristol only coming to life during the last five minutes of a game only because the team is winning?

Why am I not surprised that you would want to give Tim all the credit for his team wins when anyone with some fugging eyes can see it's the TEAM who is helping him win. I guess Tim is more inline with who you would prefer as a QB than Cam.

Sorry I've been far too criticzed to try to explain that concept and far too busy to get into it anymore.

Just ask yourself this question. How did Atlanta's defense give up such long drives, and huge plays, to our offense today and still won?

Nothing a defense does really matters when you're offense can't score or finish. Fix the offense, before worrying about your defense.

Our defense have kept some of the same teams you talk about to less yards or points than the defenses you believe are better.

first you ask, how Atlanta's defense could give up so much and win, simple, our defense was just as bad!! now i agree the panthers offense didnt close it out, BUT that's the thing about having a rookie, and with Delhomme or Anderson, there's NO 23 to 7 lead, Delhomme would've thrown 2 picks in the first half, he hasnt been the same since the injury. As for fixign the offense before worrying about the defense, well we CAN do that by drafting Blackmon or Alshon Jeffery. as for our defense keeping the team to less yards, uh, Chris Johnson ran for 100 yards!!! that's NOT good. Johnson has been off this year, yet, he runs for 100.

As usual you can't read or interpret only what you want to interpret because you are far too busy defending and too sensitive to any Cam Newton criticism. I explicitly stated earlier The Golden Calf of Bristol couldn't possibly win without his team. And no one else can. I also realize the QB is the most important position and I have a different criteria as far as what makes a good QB. But they're equally as responsible in losses as they are in wins. Rookie or not, they still are. And that goes for everyone, not just Cam, or The Golden Calf of Bristol.

our defense FEEDS off momentum. When Mare missed that field goal, it deflated the entire team. The defense has huge swings in ability because: 1) a lot of youth, 2) tired players who get deflated easily.

and that's bad!!! you cant just play good defense due to momentum, by the way, have we had an interception for a TD vs a good QB this year???? i agree with your two reasons though, lots of youth and tire players who get deflated easily.

Cam's nothing like The Golden Calf of Bristol. The Golden Calf of Bristol's actually been truly criticized, scrutinized and victimized and one of the biggest, true, underdogs in the league.

While Cam Newton is like a Black Tony Romo with the only twist being entering the league who is posed as an underdog, but in reality, anything but. He has more fame, money, and has gotten more undeserved credit than most overrated QB's by some. The only thing missing from Cam Newton is dating a hot super model.

He's a black pre-madona with a bunch of people trying to make him look like he's the Martin Luther King of the NFL. It's quite disgusting and an insult to black athletes who may have actually really had a tough time and been unfairly segregated or had to deal with prejudice because of race.

uh, Cam's been criticized by ALOT of people, ME included, but i changed my views when i seen him, it's like i said, he's not great yet, but if you think he's not the future in Carolina or that Delhomme (hahaha) or Anderson (bigger hahaha) can do better here, i think you are off.

      I remember the Huddle consensus over the course of last season and the previous one. Lots of Bryce is a bust, we should've drafted a 4th slot WR, should've kept Wilks, should've kept an armless Cam, etc etc. So... yea... already thought about that. I wouldn't trust the Huddle to detail my car, let alone run a multi-billion dollar professional sports team. 😛

      bold prediction, I think Mike Green will be the best pass rusher in this class, and thats even with abdul carter.  He reminds me of demarcus ware, not just in size and prowess, but even coming from a Sunbelt school (Ware from Troy, Green from Marshall).  I think he is passionate about the sport where I think Carter as the physical freak might not have the heart.  Thats the guy Im sold on and am gonna hammer the table for, I know he's not projected 8, but he is projected like 12-13, so if a slide back can happen and we still get the guy I want, I'm 100% on board. All that said, it takes 2 to tango, I think the Cowboys are the tango-er.  IMO theres a VERY good shot that Jeanty is available at 8.  Why does that matter?  Not only do the cowboys NEED a runningback (dak sucks without a run game), but MORE importantly, gee where did Jeanty play in high school.....Frisco TX, literally Dallas Metro.  Soo, RB is a position of need and the best RB and most blue chip draft selection that  could improve the offense immensly played IN dallas metro AND will be in range for them to move up and pick?  Do ya think Jerry Jones is gonna just say no to the Jersey Sales?  Jerry might have sexually assaulted a woman and attempted to prevent black people from going to school, but he's no idiot (he is).  IMO, we get a good enough package, prlly their first and third,  maybe a conditional later and we move to 12.  We get Green, they get Jeanty, everbuddy happy.
