Would u trade Cam for The Golden Calf of Bristol if it ment winning in the broncos fashion?

no i wouldnt because if we had The Golden Calf of Bristol we wouldnt be winning in this fashion, if it were Blaine Gabbert sure because the Jags have a good defense, but Newton has a poor defense and a kicker that seems to not know how to kick in the clutch.

People need to get off The Golden Calf of Bristol's back. The guy was 12/14 to end the game and is much more clutch than Cam is. No I would not choose The Golden Calf of Bristol over Cam, but The Golden Calf of Bristol is a legitimately fantastic game manager and 4th quarter quarterback.

i agree people need to get off The Golden Calf of Bristol's back, he's not pretty the whole game, BUT when it matters most, he wins.

The question is not ridiculous.

i think this question is ridiculous though because people are SO impatient when it comes to rookies today and THAT bothers me. if Cam has a 2 interception game and The Golden Calf of Bristol wins ugly, people are quick to say that they rather have The Golden Calf of Bristol or that Newton should sit on the bench. not all rookies are going to have Ben Rothelisberger or Matt Ryan rookie years, some struggle like Newton at times does.

As a Christian, I cheer The Golden Calf of Bristol's success and wish him well in his career.

As a football observer, I say no way I'd trade Newton for The Golden Calf of Bristol.

I firmly believe Newton will be the far better of the two in the long run.

Agree here 100%. i am a HUGE The Golden Calf of Bristol fan and since Carolina is out of the playoffs i am rooting for a The Golden Calf of Bristol super bowl win, but will it happen, uh, not likely, but i am rooting for it and think it would be great to see the guy that people say cant do it, do it.

Do you guys really think Cam would have won the game if he had been in for the Broncos down 10-0 with 4 minutes left like The Golden Calf of Bristol did today? He probably would have the ability some day, but I don't think he'd have a chance.

My honest opinion... put Cam on the broncos and he's not in that situation because they are comfortably ahead most weeks... Put The Golden Calf of Bristol with us this year and he is not going to have the oppotunities to make those late 4th quarter drives...

IMO 10 years down the road when we look back at these QB's The Golden Calf of Bristol will be no where in the discussion with CAM.

So for a franchise QB Cam >>>>>> Tim...

Now if you want to argue last minute pressure situations only, I can concede that and only that to tim right now.

Look at who they have played and how they have capitalized on teams that were not what they were earlier in the year (Kudos to Dennis Green). Luckiest streak ever. Bears no Forte or Cutler, Vikes no Peterson, horrible AFC West.

but what about the 8 and 5 Jets???? honestly, i DO respect The Golden Calf of Bristol and his play, it's not pretty, but it somehow works, BUT he's no Cam Newton as a passer.

4 weeks ago I wouldnt even think about it. Now, I would trade cam for The Golden Calf of Bristol.

4 weeks ago i wouldnt think about it and today i wouldnt think about it. Not Carolina. he wouldnt do that great in Carolina. The Golden Calf of Bristol is a leader, but the fact is, this defense is bad and other good QBs would stuggle here.
