Panthers New Uniforms Next Season

Isn't it once every 5 years teams are allowed to change their uniform? The Panthers will be entering their 23rd season before they have a chance to make any adjustments, that has to be an expansion team record.

I'll be disappointed if we don't make some uniform modifications. The old ones aren't going to look well with the new logo, and the logo wasn't the only thing that was growing dated. I like the old uni, but it's time to upgrade it and now is as good a time as any.

It's a new era in Panther football, and the uniform should reflect it.

I honestly think the uniforms will be the same next year. I'd like to see something as simple as silver pants with the white home uniforms - they are so boring.

I think that would look awful. Now the white pants on the balck unit wouldn't look so bad.

I am surprised people don't like the white helmet's in that concept design. It works well with the white pants and white shoulder sleeve panel. White helmets are in.

Those look great too - what I meant by the silver pants was that I don't think we'll see any major changes this year - and if it has to be a minor one (I'm talking super small) - I'd be cool with that. I'd much rather see black helmets and pants across all of the current uniforms (black/white/blue jerseys).

They can't just slap on the new logo and call it a day. It wouldn't look right and they know it. Expect at least minor tweaking.

They did that once in Indy, the 2nd to last game or last game of the year by accident and it looked awful.

I just find it funny that every other month or so this thread shows up. Even if there is a change in manufacturer of the the uniforms there will not be a change in the way our unis look .

Posted this thread not even two months ago and most people bashed on it saying no way in hell anything is going to change, and blah blah blah. The uniforms might not have changed but the logo did. Don't be so quick to bash a thread. This one came back and bit you all in the butt.
