I remember not too long ago, he was in Seattle when one of the tourist seaplanes entered the no-fly zone. The sonic booms from fighter jets being dispatched rattled a few buildings where I was.

Military denied any reports of military exercises. Also, why would they do exercises at 1 a.m. in the morning? Plus if it was the seneca guns, that doesn't explain the lights in the sky that everybody was seeing.

Quimby is right... happens all the time. No explanation from anyone... they often happen during the day. I've heard the sound and felt the rumble. Idk about the lights?

Something like a meteor entering the atmosphere or tectonic activity could cause both. The "seneca guns" I believe are commonly attributed to pieces of the shelf breaking off and falling into the Atlantic abyss.
