Cams chances at the Pro Bowl...

Here's the question - give me the percentage split on popularity contest vs. statistical achievement for those who make it, then I'll give my probabiliy for Cam.

Rodgers/Brees/Stafford/Manning/Romo/Ryan/Newton in no particular order, all have a chance at making the Pro Bowl from the NFC.

If a team like the 49ers make it to the SB, then I'd say Newton does not have much of a chance. Rodgers and Brees are essentially locks to make it unless one makes the SB. I think there are so many Cowboys fans, they will vote Romo in unfortunately. So it may come down to Newton or Stafford. I think 30-40% chance is realistic.

Ryan...not a chance

Manning....very possible

rodgers most likely won't be going if they keep playing like they are. if you're in the superbowl, you don't go to the pro-bowl.

I'd say 100%, he has the qb rushing td record, and by end of year will have Manning's passing record and maybe Dickerson's rushing td record. Fans want to see greatness, and Cam is 100% swag.

The record is 22 and it is Gale Sayers.

This was for total touchdowns. Yeah I could see him breaking the rushing touchdown record too.

Chances are better than 50/50. If I was forced to bet, I'd bet that he would be one of the 3 selected even before you start looking at alternates.

The Giants have lost 4 straight and aren't going to the playoffs. Say goodbye to Eli.

The Lions have lost 5 of 7 and might not go to the playoffs either. You can probably say goodbye to Stafford too although he's Cam's biggest competition for Spot #3.

Meanwhile, Cam is on the upswing in December when the players and coaches vote and he already has the fan vote. It's looking good.

Who knows, Panthers might get four offensive players in the pro bowl, Newton/Gross/Kalil/Smith. If Newton continues this tear of late, his chances increase greatly.
