So who will our defensive tackles be? Neblett and Kearse?

We must be signing someone because I don't think we even have any more DT's on the roster.

Jason Shirly from the practice squad?

...and Jason Shirley is the guy who the Bengals tried to covert to an OL during hard knocks a few years back, LOL

Ron had mentioned in his 4pm interview with MTC that Kearse and Nebblett have started the past two weeks, and that he finally felt that the DLine had some consistency at the position.

Fua and McClain had been at the crux of our defensive woes because they couldn't keep "gap integrity" - meaning they couldn't stop the run. Sure the LB core is banged up, but it doesn't mean that your LB core is bad when you give up so much on the run to begin with?

I'd have hoped they contracted mono instead, but this will do..

Agree. I believe more playing time for Neblett along with more rotations on the D-line (Keiser, etc) have helped a lot. Add to that Jordan Senn solidifying our LB corps and we have some positive results in our run D.
