I started watching NFL in the middle of 04 and became a panthers fan because of the crazy win streak. So Kasey's kick doesn't count for me. I'm going with Jake's passing skills against Arizona.

The single play I hate the most (not the most important or anything like that) is in OT against the Falcons when Moose stopped on his route and the ball was intercepted for the ATL win. That was right after the 4th and 12 Vick run with Morgan grabbing for his shoelaces.

I can't remember precisely but I thought the Moose stopping his route thing was ANOTHER loss to Atl in 2003? I could swear Fox kind of called him out for it in the press. Of course, maybe he did it again in the Dec 2004 game too.
