So if you go by the theory that each win over a crappy QB with 4 letters in the first name is followed by a win over a crappy QB with at least 5 letters in the first name, I don't see another W on the Panthers schedule this season. Matt, TJ, Josh, Drew. Although we'd be set against the Saints if they put in 5-letter'd Chase Daniel and rest Brees.

We have a shot for all of those games, except the saints if they play drew (i know we almost beat them at home, but they are a different team in the dome)

Carr only played in the last few minutes of that 49ers game, let's at least give the Panthers credit for a win over Alex Smith. Not that that's much better. So the best we've beaten would be between J. Johnson and Smith.

I'm not quite certain how this is a reflection on the entire team considering that the current starting QB for 4 of those 6 just got here this year.

I understand that you guys like to be the "realists" and can't stand when people get caught up in all of the glee and mark out, but do you really derive that much satisfaction from trying to troll other fans of your (or one of your) NFL team(s)? The team had 2 wins last season under a lame duck head coach, an awful offensive coordinator, a gutted depth chart, and absolutely zero direction. This was followed by the longest lockout in NFL history, which prevented an already young and experienced team from becoming better prepared. Now, the team has twice the amount of wins and the OPPORTUNITY to double that.

I don't understand how there are still 4 games left in the season, and you're bringing this up as a topic as a reflection on the quality of the entire team? Are you trying to be a fine young male, or are you trying to generate some honest discussion?

Uh, I'm pretty sure that every QB we played against last year was better than ours.

We also had a career backup or rookie playing when we beat those guys, but we are not suppose to take anything away for from those wins??? Im sure those teams we beat would have felt the same way if they had won..............:rolleyes:
