Rank the quarterbacks have beaten since the end of 2009

SMF, discussions aren't wise around here, only praise, even if it has to go to our defense that is struggling to beat anyone of starting caliber in the NFL. The sensitive fans here somehow take that as a slight to Cam, even though it has nothing to do with him.

In chronological order they are:

David Carr

John Skelton

Blaine Gabbert

John Beck

Curtis Painter

Josh Johnson

GO!

That said,

I understand your frustrations.

But I believe we are on the upswing of a downward spiral that started in the 2008 playoff game loss.

I predicted the week after the Zona game it would take years for the Panthers to recover from that game. Add in the lockout and the process was extended a season.

I think most everyone can admit the future of the team is much brighter than it has been in years.

the '09 and '10 season's no longer count when assessing the progress of the current Panther team. Its a new coaching staff, players, regime, etc.

This season I will give you they have not beaten a team with a quality starting QB. That being said, at least yesterday they finally beat and put a team away. They didnt make us sweat it out. If the game was close or they lost it be "we cant even ....... a team with their back up QB".
