NBC isn't flexing to a 4-8 team no matter how exciting we think it would be. They want playoff implications for both teams.

This is far from true, yeah they want playoff implications, but only one team has to have it. Remember when we played the Vikings in '09? Peppers' coming out party? Yeah we weren't in line for a playoff game. Too bad they didn't bump this week, but any game besides the Tampa game could be bumped, esp the last Saints game.

imo, prime time games will be

v. giants (always a good one)

@ broncos (has MNF all over it)

@ saints

just noticing that we could end up 3rd in div. this year. likely we'll be playing the cards and the lions again.

this would make the 13th time we've played the cards. with the exception of '6 we have played them every year since 2001 and we have an 8-3 record against them.

meh...it depends on the love fest they have for the other team.

that said, i just don't see it happening this year, but it's got very little to do with our record this year.

Man I'm getting tired of playing the redskins wtf

Isn't that schedule missing one opponent

There are 2 missing, you can figure them out at the end of the season. We are playing the NFC East, so the remaining 2 games will be against the NFC West & North equivalent division place. If we end up 3rd, we play the 3rd place from the ohter 2 NFC divisions. If it ended today we would face the Lions & the Cardinals...
