A conspiracy for every state! Some of them are plausible (like NCs) but I laughed at North Dakota's conspiracy

What's North Dakota? Believe it or not, some actually theorize that the Roughrider State isn't real. It is rumored to simply be a placeholder strip of land between the U.S. and Canada that was used by the government to create an even number of states. Even stranger, some of the believers are North Dakotans themselves.
