Where is your place that you find some Zen at?

Its called Grayson highlands. There's a 15 mile loop trail there that includes a section on the AT. There's some nice places to camp near Scales, the area where they round up the horses to feed them. Its a great weekend backpacking trail.

I'm two minutes from Folly Beach, so the view out of the back porch is pretty amazing (I'd link pics, but don't want to rummage on my phone for them) to go out and let the day's stresses melt away.

There are some spots downtown I like to stretch out at as well. My car is also my sanctuary. On especially rough days/nights ill end up sitting in the driveway for several minutes detoxing of all the negativity from the day.

Then I go on the Huddle which usually ruins all of that :p

Tell me where this place is?

Northern California, it's basically the coastline for Mendecino and Humboldt counties. You can basically hike the entire coastline in a few days and the range is pressed up right against it. Much of Oregon's coastline is beautiful too, but the weather isn't as nice in summer.
