Anyone else get annoyed when they see NFL stay fit advertisements? Probably 20-30 players on every team have to be grossly obese just to play their position. If they slimmed down to a reasonable size, they'd be out of a job.

Also, afaik, the NFL provides very poor health care for former players who no doubt develop health issues from the physical nature of the NFL and the poor shape they were in when they did play.

They can certainly spend their money how they choose but I question the effectiveness of this program. Honestly, how many kids are going to exercise more because of this program? They would probably do better if they just picked out 10,000 kids and paid them to exercise. It's all about their "image".
