The man is compensated well for his job, but he does his job so there should be no complaints. The only player that is getting majorly exposed on the line is hangman. Even Bell has played above his talent this year.

this "unsung hero" is going to count 8.1M against the cap next year. he's a consistent above average guard but good lord is he being overpaid. I wouldn't be completely shocked to see him end up as a cap casualty.

Restructure, you don't cut guys of his quality to save money unless you're completely rebuilding.
