What's wrong with this picture ?

Notice that someone took the time to line up all the players in order of their jersey numbers. But on the extreme right we see #65 and #82, clearly out of sequence. What's more, these guys are not even listed on the active roster. I think this is a recent team photo because Jon Beason is not in it. So, who are these guys ???
